Eta Kappa Nu is a nonprofit organization chartered in the state of Delaware. The governing guidelines of the organization are its Constitution and Operational Procedures. The Operational Procedures provide direction for the day to day operations of the association. Eta Kappa Nu's governing body is the Board of Governors. The Board of Governors determines policy, provides oversight, and acts in an advisory capacity to college chapters.
